Welcome to Monkey in the Middle Co.! This site was built for the purpose of sharing and selling the paper-cut illustrations and portraits of Michelle (Mimi) Cross. She has been a paper-cut artist and singer-songwriter based in Chicago since 1998. Her unique handcrafted art has most recently been received at the avant-garde Echo Gallery in Chicago and the Art in the Barn show in Barrington.
